Stéphane DARRACQ brings over 20 years CEO / Board level experience in mid-cap and start-up companies combining entrepreneurial and senior operational management with a track record as operationnal manager and investor during critical stages in a company life: start up launch and development, mergers & acquisitions, operational or financial restructuring, or more generally the creation and operational management of new business ventures. Stéphane DARRACQ is bilingual in French & English and has a wide international experience – Western Europe, USA, Brazil, Asia, Russia, Central Europe – with over 15 years expatriation in UK and South America.
